Very proud to share the progress the animation team has made for the game "Conqueror: Reign of Madness." I had the chance to make this video with the help of my team.

I have had the amazing opportunity to work as the lead animator on this project since September of 2025, where I have seen my team grow, learn, and deliver better results every single time. They never fail to impress me, and I have learned so much from them, especially on how to improve my administrative and leadership skills...

Actually, soon enough I will have been part of the team for a year! I joined in June 2025 as a 3D modeler, but fate works in its mysterious ways. Lately, that has been a life lesson I have learned: "Everything. Happens. For a reason." When a door closes, another one opens.

  • If I hadn't been rejected over and over again, I wouldn't have asked for help from other animators on online forums.

  • If I hadn't asked for help, I wouldn't have met Creative Mob Studios.

  • If I hadn't done an animation for a dream job, I wouldn't have asked for feedback from the team.

  • If I hadn't asked for feedback on my animation, the team wouldn't have seen my skills.

  • If I hadn't been rejected from said job, I wouldn't have accepted the role of Lead Animator.

  • If I hadn't taken that role, I wouldn't have learned the skills I have today.

Moral of the story, I know it's incredibly hard to not get discouraged with the state of the animation/game industry and job market right now, but you shouldn't be afraid to speak out about it, to ask for help, and try new things on your own. You never know who you can meet. From personal experience, that's the best way I have grown as a 3D artist.

Anywho- rant aside, check out our update! You won't be disappointed.
